WHO WE ARE
Queer Edge Consulting specializes in creating high-quality educational materials and tailored curricula designed to foster inclusivity, cultural competency, and equity within professional and community spaces. Our primary focus is on developing comprehensive resources that amplify queer voices and support organizations in building inclusive environments.
Crystal Libby is an Instructional Designer, Professional Writer, and LGBTQIA+ Activist who leads the development of Queer Edge Consulting’s educational content. With extensive experience in technical writing, corporate training, and LGBTQIA+ advocacy, Crystal creates impactful and engaging materials tailored to diverse organizational needs. She holds certifications as a Corporate Trainer and in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Crystal has authored numerous articles, guides, and publications addressing LGBTQIA+ and gender inclusivity, exploring their psychological, social, and political implications. She designs and authors all Queer Edge Consulting educational curricula, training manuals, and workshop materials. Crystal’s forthcoming book, Amplified Voices (2025), will further contribute to her legacy of impactful educational advocacy in LGBTQIA+ inclusivity.
